Where is your physical store located?
We sell exclusively online, and we announce our Pop up locations on our instagram so stay tuned! 

I love one of your pieces, but it sold before I could purchase. Do you have something similar at your retail store at the Oculus?
We strive to keep a diverse array of jewelry styles, so while it's possible we may have similar items available, it's best to contact us at customerservice@brooklynbleu.com to check.

Do you buy vintage pieces from individuals?
At the moment, we source our jewelry from private collectors, in an effort to verify the authenticity of each piece. Because of this process, we are not purchasing pieces from outside individuals at this time.

Do you allow stylists and publications to borrow your pieces?
Yes! We occasionally work with stylists and publications for placements. We make these decisions on a case by case basis. Please add your information to our stylist program page to begin that conversation. Please include any items or details about the styles you are interested in, so that we can help source the perfect pieces for you! 

How do you find our pieces?
We source our pieces from private collectors who have been in business for 30 or more years. Brooklyn Bleu's owner, Tenisha, has an impeccable eye for unique styles and pieces that perfectly brings to life fierce, fabulous and fun vibes.

Where are these pieces made?
Our pieces are primarily created in the United States, but it really depends on the individual piece and the decade it was made. We are able to tell you more about your piece, if you wish! 

What materials are used for your jewelry?
Our collections are primarily 14k gold plated and rhodium plated over mixed metal and brass pieces. 

Do you sell reproductions?
No, we sell 100% original vintage and antique pieces.  

What is your return policy?
At Brooklyn Bleu, we are passionate about sharing our eye for style and detail with our customers (you!). With that in mind, the vintage pieces we sell have been gently worn and minor flaws may go unnoticed. All merchandise is sold in “as-is” condition.

Unless an item has been greatly misrepresented and is in unwearable condition, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If this ever happens, please contact us at customerservice@brooklynbleu.com.

How do I care for my products?
Style yourself in your jewelry after applying any makeup, lotions, or perfumes, to avoid accidental sprays onto the jewelry. Remove jewelry first when undressing to avoid any snagging on clothing. 

We recommend you clean your gold, rhodium, and rose gold plated jewelry with rubbing alcohol. Use a white cloth to dry the pieces as you gently polish them to a radiant sparkle and shine. 

We recommend you don’t wear jewelry in the shower or pool, in order to avoid chlorine, salt water, and any other chemicals directly on the jewelry. Please also be careful about getting sunscreens or oils on your vintage pieces.
