Shipping on US Orders Starting at $8

All items are shipped from our Oculus retail store within 2 business days of your order. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

We ship via US Postal Service Priority and the estimated shipping time is usually 2 – 5 business days.

Free Shipping

Free shipping domestically for orders over $150.

International Shipping

Shipping on International Orders Starting at $25

Items are shipped by US Postal Service First Class International. Shipping times and rates will vary by destination.

All orders made will receive an email confirmation to ensure we have received your order and payment. In addition, when your order is about to ship, you will receive an email notification informing you that your item is on its way. All customers are responsible for any additional or custom charges domestic and abroad that may apply when your package has arrived. Any questions feel free to contact our customer service!

Pick Up from Store

Here's how it works:

1. Shop Online Now - Choose Store Pickup at checkout.
2. Wait to hear from us - We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
3. Pick Up Your items in store - Most items available will be ready in just 2 hours if your order is placed before 6pm local time.

*Orders available at your local store must be picked up within 7 days. If your order includes items that are shipped to your store, it must be picked up no later than 7 days after the final item arrives. If you need more time for pickup please contact us at info@brooklynbleu.com. Item availability & pricing are not guaranteed.
